This laptop suffered an accident and the screen got pretty much demolished, including the connecting cable. The internal connector on the motherboard seems ok, but neither the panel nor the cable to connect it were salvageable.
That being said, as far as I can tell, everything else still works, so it may be a great source of parts to repair another unit.
As far as working goes, prior to me removing the SSD, it was still booting all the way to Windows and completely usable when connected via HDMI port. And, even without the SSD, I still was able to hook up HDMI and go into BIOS to take the pictures of the current specs of the unit.
So, if you are looking for something for parts, or if you want to put an SSD back in it and use it as a really funky desktop, it should be good for that. Honestly you could probably just Velcro it to the back of a monitor, hook up an HDMI cable and wireless mouse/keyboard combo, and it would work just fine as a klunky all-in-one.
That being said, it has had a rough life and what you see is what you get, and it is being sold strictly "AS-IS" with no warranty, no guarantees, and no returns.
The SSD has been removed and is not included, nor is the USB-C power adapter.
Offers welcome.
No sales outside the continental US.
No exceptions.
