Reproduction 4-bolt upper ball joint for various 1962-70 Ford and Mercury models including Mustang Falcon Cougar and Comet. These ball joints attach to the upper control arm and provide a pivot point for the steering anf suspension. Will install on driver or passenger side. 2 per vehicle sold individually.Ford supplied upper control arms with riveted 4-bolt ball joints through 1969. In 1970 Ford began changing over to a 3-bolt ball joint. From 1971-on replacement arms and service replacement ball joints from Ford and the aftermarket are 3-bolt for most 1963-77 Ford and Mercury vehicles. Be sure to check before ordering
