BOHO BLUE & WHITE Empire Waist Vintage 1960s MAXI COLUMN DRESS w/Corset Lacing

Gorgeous vintage late 1960s / early 1970s sleeveless maxi dress  made by the Clancy Juniors of California label in a lightweight, textured cotton in ivory white accented with a woven dark blue pattern & mathcing blue rickrack trim.  The sleeveless column cut gown features a scoop neckline with a plunging centre complete with adjustable corset lacing, an empire waist   and a slim tapered column cut with an ankle length hem. The dress is unlined and closes at the back with a  metal  zipper.  

MEASUREMENTS:   No size  labels ... the bust measures 34 inches (therefore fits a size 32    bust best), empire waist measures 28 inches and the   hips are 40 inches.  There is no stretch to the fabric.  As always, remember to leave room for you when using these measurements to determine fit. The dress is 52 inches in length. 

CONDITION:  Very slight wear ... overall,  excellent condition.

All of my items are vintage and therefore will have some minimal signs of wear consistent with their age (example - a loose thread).  I describe my items as honestly and accurately as possible with both text and pictures - clearly noting any known larger imperfections (holes, stains, missing buttons, etc).  If I have missed something, I apologize - please let me know and I will do my best to fix the issue.  But please remember I am a human being.  My preloved items have been freshly laundered unless otherwise noted in the description.
