Shopping Tips

About delivery: We generally ship within 1-3 working days after the buyer pays. There may be delays during Japanese holidays and special festivals.

About logistics: We use FEDEX by default, and also support DHL. We ship to special areas via EMS.

About returns: We only accept returns of new, unopened products, and the buyer is responsible for the shipping costs.

About tariffs: Our prices do not include tariffs and VAT, and other charges that may be incurred which are different in each country. If they are incurred, the buyer needs to pay, which is generally collected by the logistics company. Returns without paid customs duties are not accepted.
