This PlayStation does load up. I did not have a PS3 controller to test any further, but it does power up to the screen that you see in the second photo no yellow light of death fan runs it will not take in a disk. I tried, and I got it halfway in, and it did eject the disc, but it won’t take it in on its own. Also, there is a crack in just below the cover when you remove the cover off the top of unit there’s a cracked and a missing piece in one corner so it’s going to need some attention and possibly a disc drive comes with system only no chords nothing else. also the cover is missing one little plastic clip in piece as shown in the photos with the little (Work). This could be a excellent backwards compatible machine hard drive is included. It is original 80 gig backwards compatible. if you’ve read this far and you still wanna purchase it, please do because there are no returns. I have said in the description everything that I know that is wrong with the unit.
