A MNH pre-production IMPERFORATED & MISPERFORATED (Shift to Right) STRIPs of the Test Coils. Prior to the introduction of the regular issue coils in 1967, these were used by the Printers (CBN) as part of their testing procedure, being intended for use with the 6¢ Orange coil to display the new dispensers. They were at one time referred to by Canada Post as DUMMY Coils. If I use Harris (2000), which is about the only place I see price-listing these Centennial Items, I have $170.00 for the 2 Strips. Some 23 years later, I don't see any reduction in that 2000 pricing, just the opposite.
