Notes

• Please read the manual carefully before use and observe the safety precautions contained therein.
• When water is insufficient or when replacing the ingredients, the machine will automatically shut down.
• The red light and beep alert when a refill is needed. Please press the cooling button to silence the alarm.
• The auto-stop feature activates when ice buildup is detected. Please manually clear thick ice from the roller.
• Please let the machine rest for more than 8 hours before powering on.
• Please do not place the machine upside down, as this may damage its functionality.
• After pressing the cooling button, the machine will pre-cool for 1 minute before starting ice production. The machine continues cooling for about 30 seconds after shutdown.
• If the roller runs but produces no ice, check whether the roller feed pan is uneven, preventing liquid from contacting the roller evaporator. You may press the feed pan downward to level it.
• The texture of the shaved ice will vary based on the liquid's viscosity and sugar content.
• Please allow the slight color difference caused by the shooting light and the 1-3 cm error due to manual measurement, and make sure you do not mind before ordering.
