• Origin: All items are shipped from SOUTH KOREA.

• Handling: Orders are processed within 2~3 business days (Excluding weekends and holidays).

• Contact: A valid phone number is MANDATORY for safe delivery and contact by the courier.

• Address: According to eBay policy and for Seller Protection, we cannot change the shipping address after payment is completed.

Customs & Import Duties

• For U.S. Buyers: The price shown at checkout is the final price. No additional customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees will be required upon delivery.

• For Other Countries: All import taxes, duties, and customs fees are the buyer's responsibility per eBay policy.

Return Policy

• Period: We offer a 30-day return policy. Please contact us via eBay message before initiating a return.

• Full Refund: Only applicable for items returned in Unused, Unopened, and Perfect condition with all original packaging.

• Partial Refund: If the item is opened or shows signs of use, a 10% restocking fee and the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

• Defects: Free returns are only accepted for manufacturing faults. Clear evidence (photo/video) may be required.
