This is an incredibly rare set of PSA 7 Moltres and Zapdos Japanese Promo cards from the 1999 ANA (All Nippon Airways) "Everyone's Happy" Campaign.

These were not available in stores. To obtain them, one had to fly on the limited-time "Pokemon Jet" in Japan and then apply for a special lottery. Due to this extremely high barrier to entry, these cards are among the most sought-after vintage promos for serious collectors.
