Each rug made by the master artisans is specially inspected before sending out, we ensure that the color, size and quality of the rugs are clean and in good condition.

-> The Rugs are sent in a folded manner, and due to the folding manner packing the rug can be bulging out slightly in the middle. But you can make a roll of the rug and lay it after one day. It will be flat properly or keep any heavy stuff for 1-2 days at the place from where it is not flat. It will be properly flat.

-> Actual Products may differ slightly in color due to camera effects and depending upon the screen resolution and design and size slightly varied due to handmade by the weaver.

-> You Can Not Wash Them with Water, You Can Vacuum or Rub the Spot with a Damp cloth to clean them.

->We Accept Custom orders for Size, Color, and Design. And size can vary a little bit due to the handmade process.
