We will first check our network. If the customer is in the same server/world with our staff, e.g., Acheron, we can typically deliver the items in 1 to 2 hour. If not, we can do customization for the customer:
1. Please place the order first, and leave your server name (world and sietch).
2. We will ask our staffs to create new accounts and make the ornithopter for you. Typically we will assign the order to 3 to 4 professional team members. It will take about 8 hours to complete.
3. Once it is ready, we will deliver the item to you.
To better serve you, we will add you as in-game friend after you pay for the order. Pls. leave your ID, character name and server name in the order note.
Typically, we will be open from 9 pm EDT to next day 12 pm EDT. We are likely be off
from 12 pm EDT to 9 pm EDT. If you purchase the order in the off-period, we will
process it immediately after back online.
