Pioneering comics publisher David McKay's Feature Book was the first US comic book to devote complete issues to a single character. This issue reprinted Blondie comic strips from 1936. The foibles of an ex-flapper who finds domestic bliss with her everyman husband became one of the longest-running comic strips of the 20th century, spawning a series of movies and even a sandwich shop. 64 pages, Full Color.
