Pictures shown are taken with either an iPhone 11 with PolypLabs Coral Lens, or a Sony A7III DSLR, under either Orphek iCon?s or Reef Breeder Meridians.
If a coral is labeled a WYSIWYG you will receive the EXACT frag/piece/colony shown in the pictures. If it is NOT labeled WYSIWYG, you will receive either a piece similar to the one in the picture or a Frag from the colony in the picture. Be sure to read the description for the piece you?re looking at to know which it is.
Checkout/payment must be completed within 48 hours after auction has completed or Buy it Now has been done. If you fail to pay for an item it will be relisted for sale to another buyer. All sales are final, there are no refunds or returns.
Local Pick Up Option is available, normal Retail hours for pick up are Fridays, 3-8pm, Saturday 11-7p & Sunday 11-5p, Pick up during the week can be arrangement with appointment.
Shipping cost is only charged once if you?re purchasing multiple other items you will only pay shipping cost once. If the items do not update to show the combined shipping cost I will update and send a new invoice if needed. Unfortunately we do not have a free shipping option on any eBay items. Shipping is done 3-4 Days a week, Monday thru Thursday most weeks, but some weeks due to scheduling conflicts there is and additional day of the week that shipping is unavailable. In some cases shipping on Friday for Saturday can be accommodated if needed to fit your schedule or availability but this needs to be discussed and agreed upon beforehand, but we find Saturday deliveries to be far risky, so Buyer Beware, we will not be responsible for any delivery delays, and there are additional fees associated with Saturday deliveries. Processing time for shipment is at least 24 hours and will depend on the day the item is purchased. For instance if:
- Coral is purchased/auction won on a Monday the 10th before 12 midnight EST the coral will ship Tuesday the 11th in most cases unless otherwise discussed or requested.
Buyer may request specific delivery date with any order, and we can hold your livestock purchases for up to a week after purchase before shipping, longer time frames potentially available on a case by case basis, with prior arrangements between Buyer and Seller.
All orders will be shipped to the verified eBay or PayPal shipping address. We cannot ship to a different address you ask us to ship to after purchasing an item. We can do a ship to hold at your closest UPS facility though. If you want to do that please send us a message after completing checkout and we will make sure to ship it that way. All corals are shipped via UPS Next Day Air. This typically gets the coral delivered to you by noon of the expected delivery day. In some rural areas the expected delivery time can be as late as 4:30pm. Usually the package is delivered before then but it is important to understand that those times are not exact and to be sure you?re prepared to be home to receive the package during that timeframe. We do not control the UPS delivery schedule and have no way of knowing when exactly the package will be delivered.
DOA Policy is as follows: Corals come with a standard 1 Hour DOA guarantee. If the coral arrives dead, clear pictures of the coral, in the original SEALED bag/cup/container must be provided within 1 hour of FIRST delivery attempt. After pictures have been provided additional info such as water temp inside bag will also be needed and if decided the DOA coral will need sent back. If item is not accepted on first delivery attempt or if the bag/cup/container is opened then the DOA is void. Not responsible for DOA caused by shipping delays, acts of gods & other situations or scenarios out of the sellers control. In the rare event of a DOA, DetroitReefClub.com Store credit will be provided or replacement coral will be sent. No refunds will be given. Shipping costs are also not refundable and will be the buyers responsibility to pay for in the event a DOA Replacement. Absolutely no charge back of credit cards will be allowed. By buying any of our items or winning an auction you are acknowledging and agreeing to these terms.
