Vintage cigar style Sable ballpoint pen.  Inscribed also Utvar Osobitneho Urcenia.   Needs new ink cartridge.  Some wear overall in good condition.  I do not clean vintage pieces I leave the original patina on it.  I have other collectibles in my eBay store and feel free to take a look.  Once again thanks for taking a look.
