My best guess is these beaters are for model 1-7A?  I have come across 2 different styles of these.  The very end as shown in the last photo is made in a cross design.   The other design has just a single grove across the end.  Hope these are the ones you need.

I love my vintage Mixmaster and use it frequently!  Combined weight is 9.4 oz so shipping weight for the cookbook and the beaters will be for a 1 lb package.
