Black DCC Sound & Lights Working

This has been tested only to check and it is working. Lights and DCC Sound work as they should and it moves as it should. 

That's the only test I could get done.

The model has previously been run on a family members layout and it may 

benefit from either cleaning and/or a service OR just run for longer.

Box has creases, writing on end flap and some crushing 

and is therefore priced accordingly. SEE PICS
