The charm is pre-owned and shows natural sterling silver patina consistent with normal wear and age. It has not been over-polished or aggressively cleaned, as over-cleaning can remove detail and alter the charm?s original character.

If the charm was received with visible dirt or residue, it was gently cleaned at that time using mild soap and water only. No silver dips, chemical cleaners, or heavy polishing cloths have been used since. This ensures the charm's appearance remains consistent while listed and stored.

Please note that sterling silver naturally develops patina over time, even when properly stored. Minor tonal changes are normal and expected.

Storage & Handling

Our charms are stored in a Pandora jewelry box designed to help reduce tarnish. Once listed, each item is placed in a sealed protective bag and kept with inventoried items to minimize handling until shipment.
