New old stock, vintage 1980's production Westlock (Sears / Craftsman branded for retail) 600 series hall and closet lock set. Lock sets are not locking. Instructions, hardware and template come with lock set.  These locks sets are visually similar to the Weslock Eleganti line of locka still being produced.
