Customers must report to us within 30 days if item DOA (damage on arrival), and return package within 30 days from the delivery date for exchange or refund. Please contact us via eBay message to get RMA# before returning. (Items returned without “RMA” might be ignored. )
Warranty does NOT cover IMPROPER USE, like undue pressure.
Refunds will be given via Paypal only.
