This is a brand new Sprinkler Splash Pad by Jasonwell.  The pad is still in its original factory packaging inside the box.  Great for kids and dogs alike!  Connects to a garden hose and sprays water from the rim.  The water spray height can be adjusted by changing the water pressure from the hose.
