Shipping Policy

Expedited/Standard International Shipping by DHL, TNT, FEDEX and EMS Express: To the US, it takes 3-4 business days, to other countries, it usually takes 4-8 business days.

But sometimes international delivery is highly dependent on courier companies and local customs/duties.

All packages will be provided with a tracking number for your tracking.

Import duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping. These costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

2. Delivery time is 2 to 7 days after receipt of payment.

3. We only ship to eBay addresses. Please ensure your address on eBay.

Returns Policy

you have 30 days from receipt of your order to return anything you have purchased from us, no questions asked. Please contact us with your intentions and we will send you the shipping address to our warehouse.

If an item is returned for quality reasons because it was damaged, did not function properly or was received incorrectly, please contact us and we will cover the shipping costs. If possible, we would like to see photos of the damage (with the item serial code).

However, if it is because you have changed your mind and no longer like what you ordered, then we kindly ask that you cover the return shipping costs and customs duties upon arrival (or cover the loss of 30% of the item's selling price we will cover all return costs).

You should send the product back within 30 days of your return request.

Please return the product with all its accessories and manuals in the original box
