Installation steps: (Please watch the video)
1. Before disassembling the key, check that it matches your original key.
2. Secure the original key with a Phillips screwdriver and remove the old key blade using the removal tool (90° key angle, see video).
3. Secure the new key shell with a Phillips screwdriver and remove the new key blade using the removal tool (90° key angle, see video).
4. Remove the back cover of the original key. Disassemble the original key with a flathead screwdriver and remove the internal electronic components and the chip.
5. Disassemble the new key shell in the same way. Place the circuit board and chip into the new shell (the chip must be secured with double-sided tape), reassemble them, and it's ready to use.
6. This saves you the cost of programming and cutting a new key blade. If you encounter any difficulties during installation, please contact us.
