Condition:
This was a return and I unfortunately don't have the full details for why it was returned.    The gears spin freely and its missing all the hardware.   I think there is a good chance the original buyer stole the hardware.   The bearing rollers got a couple nicks from how it was shipped back.  Does not include original box.   

I'm offering free paid returns if you have any issues with this item, no questions asked, any reason.
