        Thank you for choosing us as your preferred destination for sports trading cards. To guarantee a seamless and delightful shopping experience, we kindly request you familiarize yourself with our user guidelines(The following context). We will be fully committed to making your shopping experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible.
About Shipping
1. Shipping Methods:
        We offer two shipping options: SpeedPAK Standard (default) and FedEx. If the order quantity includes less than 30 items and the total price is less than $250, we will use SpeedPAK by default. For orders over $250, Only FedEx is supported, please request this when combining invoices. We recommend selecting the FedEx option for a safer and faster delivery. Please ensure the delivery address provided has an adult present.
2. Shipping Cost:
(1)SpeedPAK: $4 as a base fee and an additional $1 per item for one parcel.
        Takes about 2 weeks for delivery. For LOTS products with an excessive number of cards, we may increase the shipping fee accordingly, based on the weight of the actual package.
(2)FedEx: $30 for 1 Parcel.
        Takes about 5 days for delivery. We recommend you bid and win more cards within 5 days to reduce shipping costs. For up to 30 cards, we charge a $30 shipping fee. For each additional item, the shipping fee will increase by $1-2. Lots products cost slightly higher shipping fee based on actual weight. Please be aware that all the commercial shipment needs to be signed for by adults.
        Please finalize your selections before proceeding with payment to avail of combined shipping. Once payment is made, shipping costs cannot be adjusted(eBay Policy). If you need your payment processed quickly, pay upfront and any excess shipping fees will be refunded during our working hours.
3. Combined Shipping
        We offer combined shipping within a 5-day period. If you wish to combine your items for shipping, kindly wait until you have selected all the desired items before paying. Once done, we will adjust the combined shipping fee accordingly. What’s more, please note that eBay restricts one order to a maximum of 100 items. If your order consists of more than 100 items, it will be split into multiple orders.
4. About Tax and Import Policies
        We are unable to confirm the tax program for each country. Please research and confirm the tax and import policies of the destination country for your order, and inform us of any assistance required before shipping. We do not guarantee compliance with destination country taxes and import regulations.
About Order
1.Payment
        Unpaid orders will be automatically canceled if payment is not received within 7 days. To avoid a negative impact on your eBay rating, please ensure timely payment.
2.Return Policy
        To ensure fairness and accuracy, we may request a video of the unpacking process in case of issues. If we confirm any issues on our end, we will promptly initiate a refund. We do not offer refunds or returns for issues related to the condition of the cards already shown in the item pictures. Please carefully review the images before purchasing, or request more detailed images from us.
3.Order Processing
        As a company based in China, our working hours are 9 AM to 6 PM (+8 GMT). Orders placed outside working hours will be processed intermittently. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

2.Quality
        The photos of the items we uploaded were captured through a scanner, not a camera. Therefore, any marks or imperfections that may appear on the images are not actually present on the card. We guarantee the high quality of our cards and those with any defects will be removed from our listings.
3.Card Protection
        (1)High valued cards will be shipped with a top loader and a sticker added to the top to ensure their perfect condition. (2)Large orders will be shipped in boxes for enhanced safety and protection while in transit.
        Be assured that your cards will be safeguarded securely during transportation. If an item photo includes a one touch, the one touch will be sent along as a protection. If not, other card protection will be applied.
4.Unexpected Fees
        Please note that there may be some unexpected fees (such as taxes) that could arise after the item is shipped to your region. Before making a purchase, please take the time to read and understand the POLICIES and LAWS of YOUR region. We want to emphasize that we cannot be held responsible for any unexpected fees ,and unfortunately, there won't be any compensation provided if this situation occurs.
