Our standard delivery service is Royal Mail Tracked 48, providing a reliable and fully tracked delivery service.
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be made available through eBay.
Royal Mail may also provide delivery updates via email or text message, allowing you to follow your parcel's progress.
Not going to be home?
Depending on the options available for your delivery, you may be able to arrange an alternative delivery date, nominate a safe place or make other delivery arrangements through the Royal Mail website or app.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control.
Returns
Returns policy
At Home & More, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return an item.
Changed your mind?
If you wish to return an item, please notify us within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. You will then have a further 14 days to return the goods.
For change-of-mind returns, the cost of return postage is the buyer's responsibility.
When returning an item, please note:
- Please include your order details or a copy of your invoice so we can identify your return.
- Where possible, please return items with their original packaging, labels and accessories.
- Items must be carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit.
- You may inspect an item as you would in a shop. However, if an item has been used or handled beyond what is necessary to inspect it, we may make an appropriate deduction from your refund to reflect any loss in value, in accordance with applicable law and eBay's policies.
- We strongly recommend using a tracked return service and retaining proof of postage.
Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed in accordance with eBay's returns policy and your statutory rights.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect itemsIf your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us through eBay Messages so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Where a return is required due to a fault or an error on our part, we will arrange and cover the cost of return postage.
Please note: We can only process returns for products purchased directly from Home & More. If you purchased your item from another retailer, please contact them directly.
Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by this policy.
