Home & More are a well established UK based online business. We are the Le Parfait's UK partner and main distributor. The full Le Parfait ranges are available, including Super Preserve clip top jars, and Familiar Wiss. In addition we have a comprehensive range of spare parts.
Everything we sell is stocked in our warehouse,
nothing is dropped shipped from other vendors. We pride ourselves on
exemplary service and happy to share our phone number if you want to
chat with us. Our customer service line is open 9-12 Monday to Friday.
Delivery
The
cost of delivery is included in the price, there are no hidden charges.
We have many years experience of online shipping and use either DPD carriers for larger parcels or Tracked 48
service from Royal Mail.
If
there is a problem with your delivery we will replace or arrange a
refund. Email us within 3 days of receiving your goods and send in a photograph of the problem.
Please keep all original packaging
If
you no longer want the item then please email us no more than 7 days of
receiving the parcel. In order to return the item to us it must be in
the original packaging and unused. It is your responsibility to return
the item safely and at your cost.
