  1. We always send the item with a tracking number. So please place an order without any concern on delivery. You can always track the delivery status.
  2. Shipping is only available to the address registered in eBay. If you want us to send another address, please change your address on eBay and then place an order.
  3. We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as ?gifts? ? Japan, US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.
  4. We only ship to the US, Canada, UK, Australia, Korea, Hong Kong, Singapore and Taiwan. We cannot ship to Japan or any other countries.
  5. We will not answer questions regarding shipping.
  6. We ship via eBay SpeedPAK to the US, and International Mail (EMS) to other countries.
  7. We only accept items purchased on the same day for bundling. Depending on the contents, we may not be able to bundle items together, so if you would like to bundle items together, please be sure to let us know by message.
  8. We do not hold items for you.
  9. Due to international restrictions, cameras with lithium-ion batteries can only be shipped in a single box, with a maximum of two per box.
