If you would like the courier to carry your items up or down additional floors, a surcharge may apply and will be payable directly to the courier. Please confirm that all doorways, hallways, staircases, and access routes are wide and clear enough for the items to pass through, and that the final placement area within your premises can accommodate the goods. Upon delivery, customers must unpack and inspect all items before signing the delivery note. If any fault or damage is identified, it must be clearly noted on the delivery paperwork at the time of delivery, as we cannot accept claims for transit damage once the goods have been signed for without notation. While our drivers take the utmost care during delivery, we cannot accept liability for any accidental damage to property that may occur while goods are being carried into your premises. Customers who refuse delivery for reasons other than confirmed transit damage will be responsible for both the original delivery cost and the return shipping charges to our warehouse.
