This is an original USN, USMC, USAF F-4 Phantom II Pilots Gear & Flap Position, Boost Pump Panel. It is dated 1967. It is 7 x 7 x 1/4 inches.  The Phantom II was built as a US Navy aircraft and the USAF liked it so much they purchased them also. I don't believe there are any more of these aircraft flying.  Payment must be received within 10 days of auction closing unless prior arrangements have been made.
