DESCRIPTION: Excellent quality U.S. CAVALRY BIT by RDLC, made to fit One Sixth (1:6) Scale (Toy) Model Horses with open mouths (like Marx "Thunderbolt"). Note that the realistic mouthpiece will prevent the bit from being inserted fully into the crook of Thunderbolt's mouth, so if you want to consider another option, we sell the same bit with short mouth pegs rather than the complete mouthpiece, and we also sell a version without any mouthpiece at all (see our other eBay listings). 

ALTERNATIVE PURPOSE: The mouthpiece is made to be realistic, which gives buyers the opportunity to use the bit for display / non-tacked-up purposes (on a hanging bridle in a tackroom, etc.).
