The URH poncho is a multi functional piece of  equipment because it can be used as a:

 Poncho

Floor mat

An emergency shelter

Survival blanket or 

Protective cover in the field.

It is made from PU coated min-rip material with a durable water repellent treatment. 

The poncho has very good qualities when it comes to stealth and IR detection, thanks to its interior coating & suppression

The poncho is stored in an included stuff sack made from the same fabric, with a drawstring and ALICE clips
