Fun estate sale find, this was from the estate sale where the couple had a lot of high-end art and looked like they traveled extensively. This came with this paper that says it is an "Antique Chinese Carving - Intricate Wood Carving  from the Qing Dynasty" BUT we can NOT guarantee this since the people who bought this are not around to confirm this. It a beautiful intricate metal hanger, and a momma and baby deer relief carved into wood that has then been stained. It measures 8.75" x 6 3/8". The back has 6 circles around a circle that might be a signature or mark of the artist, but I'm not sure. The wood is a beautiful red wood, the front portion that is not in relief is stained a darker color. This has a broken corner on the bottom of it, otherwise in good condition.
