Shipping Policy

All items valued under £150 will be sent via Royal Mail 48 Tracked For.  All items valued over £150 will be sent via Royal Mail’s Next Day 1pm Special Delivery.

We usually try to dispatch items the same day payment is received, however please allow up to 3 business days for dispatch.

Returns Policy

We will accept returns up to 14 days after receipt.

If you are not fully satisfied for any reason you may return the item with 14 days of receipt for a full refund.

If the item is damaged a full refund will be issued.

We reserve the right to reject a refund if the following criteria is unmet.

Item must be returned to us within 14 of receipt.

Item must be returned in its original condition, as it was shipped.
