I am original owner, all items used in home office setting, no pets/kids/non-smoker. Selling due to In-Office Mandate and cross country relocation upcoming. 


No Damage aside from normal wear/tear. No Missing parts. Desk includes original assembly instructions. 


Condition of Table Top: it’s real wood so it ages and has some light scratches in finish. (So light I couldn’t get them to stand out in the pictures and I tried)

Except for a small indentation towards the back center about 2’’ from edge of table from over tightening clamp-on monitor mount at some point. (Marked in red circle in picture)


Additionally, the underside of the table top has remnants of some mounted equipment; cable clips, hook & loop, and a few screw holes. None are stripped, or damaged, or puncture into the top-side of the table. Nor have any of the table base mounting points been damaged or over-torqued.
