Took this in to see a professional and he got it all fixed up for me working like it's brand new the only real cosmetic imperfections that I noticed on this device would be on the clear protective outer shell part maybe tape residue I did try to picture it for you feet look great just an awesome awesome purchase as you can see I believe the man also purchased that brand new Grotto needle for the device
