SHIPPING DETAILS:
We ship items Monday through Friday and always aim to use the fastest shipping method available, though the carrier and method are at our discretion. Once the item is handed over to the carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx), we have no control over its handling but will do our best to help with any issues. All orders are insured, so both parties are covered if damage occurs during shipping. While we strive to ship daily and sometimes on weekends, our local FedEx and UPS shipping center is closed on weekends and holidays. On weekdays, packages are picked up around 3 pm Pacific Time. Home pickups are not an option in our area without substantial fees. Please note that shipping delays are common and out of our control, so we ask for your patience and recommend checking tracking updates. We do offer next-day or overnight shipping in Spring, Summer, and Fall, but due to harsh winter weather, expedited shipping is not available in Winter.
