CONDITION OF ITEMS
Please note that the majority of our products are pre-owned. We strive to ensure that each item is functioning correctly prior to being listed, although this is not always feasible. Any flaws are noted in the condition and item descriptions. We provide numerous photographs from various angles to highlight any imperfections, and we guide potential buyers to specific images that showcase any damage or defects, if applicable. It is essential to examine ALL of the photos regarding the item's condition, as these reflect what you will be receiving and are a crucial element of the listing. Additionally, we encourage you to read ALL of the description, as we include significant information about the item(s) and want buyers to be fully informed about any defects or issues.
We’ve been facing issues with buyers not paying for items after making offers. While about 99% of our listings are Buy It Now and require immediate payment, many also allow the Best Offer option. Unfortunately, eBay doesn’t enforce immediate payment for transactions involving offers, counteroffers, or accepted offers. To address this, our policy now requires payment within 96 hours (4 days) of offer acceptance. Once you receive your invoice, you’ll have 96 hours to pay, or the transaction will be canceled and the item relisted. We prefer immediate payment to ensure quicker shipping. Too often, buyers make offers and then disappear, leaving the listing unavailable for other interested buyers. If you need to cancel a transaction, please do so before making payment. If payment has been made, contact us to process the cancellation. If we've already purchased a shipping label but tracking hasn't updated, we might be able to void the label, although refunds for labels are taking longer. If the item has shipped, the buyer will be responsible for incurred shipping fees. Thank you!
RETURNS/REFUNDS:
Returns are accepted only within 30 days from the date of delivery. We do not accept international returns or refunds. Refunds or exchanges will be processed once the original item is returned to the seller in its original condition. Refunds will be issued within 2-3 business days upon receipt and verification of the item. If the returned item is not the same as the one sold or is in a different condition, no refund will be given. Original shipping fees are nonrefundable, and if free shipping was provided, it will be deducted from the refund. Items damaged or altered (e.g., parts removed) will not qualify for a full or any refund. Please use the original packing materials to avoid damage during the return process. If the item is damaged in transit due to improper packaging, no refund will be issued. All parts are marked to prevent fraud or part swapping. Note that even if tracking shows the item is delivered, we may need to pick it up from the USPS office on the next business day, which could be after a weekend. Refunds will be processed as quickly as possible after the item is reviewed. Thank you for your understanding.
SHIPPING DETAILS:
We ship items Monday through Friday and always aim to use the fastest shipping method available, though the carrier and method are at our discretion. Once the item is handed over to the carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx), we have no control over its handling but will do our best to help with any issues. All orders are insured, so both parties are covered if damage occurs during shipping. While we strive to ship daily and sometimes on weekends, our local FedEx and UPS shipping center is closed on weekends and holidays. On weekdays, packages are picked up around 3 pm Pacific Time. Home pickups are not an option in our area without substantial fees. Please note that shipping delays are common and out of our control, so we ask for your patience and recommend checking tracking updates. We do offer next-day or overnight shipping in Spring, Summer, and Fall, but due to harsh winter weather, expedited shipping is not available in Winter. Most of our finds are sourced locally within Washington, with some items hailing from Idaho due to our proximity to the state line. As a small business consisting solely of the two of us, we love collaborating and enjoy visiting yard sales and thrift shops together.
