PERSONALISATION:
The trophy comes with FREE ENGRAVING* and can be further personalised by adding your CLUB BADGE/ your own custom image** making it a perfect award for your team.
We don't set limits for what you want engraved, usually 3 or 4 lines of text 25 characters per line should meet most award's personalisation needs (All text will be centered unless otherwise specified) However if you want more and your instructions are clear then we'll do whatever you want (as long as we can fit it in)! Please enquire for unique engraving
Please use the contact seller option at Checkout (remembering to save/attach your message/badge image at the time, as this stage occasionally glitches if not), or even better use the 'message seller' option on the listing to send over the details you want engraved, plus a copy of the club badge if applicable.
Please also check the spelling of what you send as we are unable to check such issues at this end.
Remember the garbage in/garbage out principle, so please send the best quality/highest resolution version of your badge possible.
DELIVERY:
Delivery using Royal Mail Tracked 48 service is included in the purchase price.
If you need things urgently then we are happy to upgrade your delivery to Royal Mail Tracked 24, or to a Guaranteed next day delivery using the Special Delivery before 1pm service at an extra cost selected before checkout. We offer a same working day despatch, before 4.30 for tracked 24 + 48, before 1pm for next day Guarenteed. We operate Monday to Friday to the public, please enquire for weekend orders.
RETURNS:
We offer returns if the item arrives damaged in transit (please send photos of the item and the packaging), or is not as described.
As personalised awards are exempt from the returns policy, we are unable to accept returns for personalised items any other reason.
*If personalistion is not recieved by the end of the working day, your item will be sent without engraving or badge
