For Customers in the United States (US)
・We use DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping, and duties are included in the shipping cost.
・If duties are overcharged, we will issue a refund or provide appropriate compensation afterwards.
For Customers in Other Countries
・Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine these additional costs before purchasing.
・If duties are prepaid at the time of purchase, we will provide the necessary codes to the shipping carrier, generally eliminating the need for additional customs fees upon delivery.
・These charges are usually collected by the delivering carrier upon delivery or when you pick the item up. They are not additional shipping charges.
For All Countries
・If your package is delayed due to the recipient’s absence and storage fees are incurred, these fees will be the buyer’s responsibility.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery and only for unopened and unused items.
In the case of a return, we will refund the payment minus the actual shipping costs and duties. Please understand this in advance.
Refunds will be processed in the original payment currency. Please note that any differences caused by exchange rate fluctuations cannot be covered.
Return shipping costs will be covered by us if it is our fault, and covered by the buyer if it is due to buyer’s circumstances.
