Crowley believed himself to be the reincarnation of Eliphas Levi and and
Egyptian Priest called Ankh-f-n-Khonsu. Levis work ‘The Key of the Mysteries’
was regarded by Crowley as a masterpiece, in fact as the work of an adept so
advanced as to credit Levi with the grade of Adeptus Exemptus.
