Vintage Colby's Furniture brochure, with a flyer announcing an exhibit and sale at the Astor Hotel. Item is undated - it could come from anytime between the 1920's to 1940's. Brochure measures appr. 3.5" x 7" folded, and 11" x 7" open, and both are in EXCELLENT TO NEAR MINT CONDITION. Very minor staining and scuffing on the brochure, and edgewear on the flyer, are the only flaws.

I do combine shipping on multiple orders. The shipping charge for each additional similarly shaped item would be .50 (U.S. & Canada) or $1 (International). Rates would be higher for larger, heavier items.
