This is in the box unit powers on appears to be working. I have no antenna to fully check it  im selling this as is for parts, but I think it's a good one. These belonged to my late stepfather.  He was a truck driver and had his c.b.'s tuned and peaked.  With all whistles and bells by the radio shop, I don't know if this one has been doctored. i have multiple c.bs that were his personal radios.
