2. Shipping Information
Orders are shipped with reputable carriers such as USPS, unless otherwise noted.

We ship orders in batches on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday, so please be patient if your tracking number has not updated yet.
For example, if your order is placed on Tuesday, the expected ship date will be Thursday.

3. Product Condition

 All items are brand new and sealed, unless stated otherwise in the listing.

Products are shipped in the same condition in which they were received from the distributor/retailer.
Please note that perfect / gem-mint condition is not guaranteed, especially for mass-produced collectible items.

Packaging (such as boxes, blister packs, tins, and outer sleeves) may show minor imperfections such as:

Packaging is considered protective material and is not guaranteed to be mint or suitable for strict graded display standards.

4. Return Policy
All sales are final for both domestic and international orders.

Exceptions are made if the item arrives damaged in transit or not as described.
Items must be returned in the same condition as received, including any original packaging and accessories.

Refunds are issued after inspection of the returned item.
Intentional damage, part-swapping, tampering, or false claims may result in up to a 50% restocking fee or partial refund.

5. Pre-Order Policy
Pre-order items will be shipped promptly once they arrive at our store from the manufacturer or distributor.

All pre-order listings will show a 30?40 day handling time to account for production, release schedules, and supplier shipping times.
By purchasing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree to wait for the product?s official release and arrival. Please keep this in mind before placing your order.

We will provide updates on pre-orders via eBay messages whenever there are status changes, delays, or allocation issues.
If, for any reason, the pre-order is canceled, delayed indefinitely, or heavily under-allocated by the retailer/distributor, we may need to cancel your order and issue a full refund.
