Excellent condition, showing pre-owned signs but no major marks or damage visible anywhere. Slight scuffs, tears, stains, dents and bends, but binding seems to be holding up fine. (See photos for more details)   

Please be aware that secondhand items may be degraded beyond what can be seen, especially vintage items or those which have been stored improperly; as a charity receiving donations, we cannot be sure of the life of an item before it reaches us. Issues such as weakened adhesive or faults hidden within aren’t uncommon and could potentially show wear or damage that a brand-new item wouldn’t. Please contact us directly or follow our returns policy if there are any problems with the item that have not been outlined here. 

Our mission is to raise funds for our vital work: helping the older people of Sheffield. However, we also want every customer who shops with us to have a fantastic experience. We would love all our items to gain a second life and be loved for many more years, but that is not always the case, so if there are any problems, please contact us directly and we will do all we can to resolve them. Our returns policy is outlined in detail on our eBay Store Page, but in brief: Items that fit their description but are not wanted or as expected, can be returned but under standard eBay policy, the buyer pays for return postage. Items that are significantly not as we have described them, we will handle personally to resolve in a way most suited to each customer, whether that is a free return so that we may relist the item and continue to raise funds for our charity, or a refund without return if it would not be financial viable to send the item back.
