Delivery using Royal Mail Tracked 48 service is included in the purchase price.
If you need things urgently then we are happy to upgrade your delivery to Royal Mail Tracked 24, or to a Guaranteed next day delivery using the Special Delivery before 1pm service at an extra cost selected before checkout. We offer a 3 working day despatch, however we usually can send things out more urgently if you contact us before you checkout.
They awards are individually engravable making it a perfect award for your team.
Please use the contact seller option at Checkout (remembering to save/attach your message/badge image at the time, as this stage occasionally glitches if not), or even better use the 'message seller' option on the listing to send over the details you want engraved
Please also check the spelling of what you send as we are unable to check such issues at this end.
We don't set limits for what you want engraved, usually 3 or 4 lines of text should meet most award's personalisation needs. However if you want more and your instructions are clear then we'll do whatever you want (as long as we can fit it in)!
