2. Finish: Our gate comes with marine grade epoxy primer and black powder coating. Our powder coating is the most advanced in North America! Custom colors can be added.

3. COMPLETE WIDTH: if the gate width is 16 ft then the width includes Hinges, centre gap and Post (if there is).

4. COMPLETE HEIGHT: If the gate is 16 ft high then the height is taken from the highest point of the gate to the ground. Including ground clearance.

Step 2: Share the measurements of the space where you want the gate installed.

Step 3: From there, we put together detailed shop drawings for your design and give you a quote.

Step 4: Finally, we custom build everything, deliver it to you!

Hinges & Installation:

Single-swing panels: include screw-on hinges.

Locking Options:

1. Lock options: screw-on latch, single-hole handle lock, dual-hole handle with deadbolt or keypad lock. For an additional cost.

Once fabrication begins, orders cannot be cancelled for full refund.

3. Standard Orders:

Returns accepted only if the item arrives damaged or does not match approved specifications.

Customers are responsible for return shipping when reason is other than damage or specification error.

Each item undergoes multiple inspection stages and secure packaging to ensure quality.

Damage Reporting:

Any visible exterior damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide photo or video proof. Returns for visible external damage will only be accepted with verified evidence before unboxing.
