A rare Korean tea bowl from the 17th century, produced in the Gimhae area of present-day Gyeongsang Province, South Korea. The firing is characteristic of fine Gimhae ware, resulting in a soft yet firm body with a subtle translucency.

Its generous scale, evoking the depth of a well, and its powerful, dignified form give the bowl a strong presence. When used for tea, the surface reflects beautifully, enhancing the viewing experience.
