The rim have London hallmarks of 1930

Small, often shallow, 1920s-1930s Scottish Monart glass bowls with sterling silver are less common than the standard unmounted mottled glass pieces. These pieces often feature the classic Monart mottled, multicolored, or aventurine-flecked glass (sometimes containing mica/gold powder) and may have been sold in high-end stores like Liberty's of London.
