From a seated position, place your padel racquet with the handle between your knees and the head of the paddle pointing upward.
To locate the centre of the protector, you can fold it slightly in half or mark it with a marker.
Remove the film from the protector located at the back.
Hold the protector taut with both hands and align the centre of the racquet with that of the protector.
Check that the width of the protector (3.5cm) is aligned with the width of the racquet (about 3.8cm) so that it completely covers the head of the racquet, and start applying the protector by resting it on the centre of the racquet, keeping it taut at all times.
Proceed to the lateral ends, applying the protector always taut until it is fully stretched over the racquet.
With the palm of your hand, begin to press on and spread the protector from the centre toward the left and right sides of the racquet.
Repeat this operation more than once to eliminate any imperfections or air bubbles.
If necessary, you can use a hair dryer to slightly warm the protector while it is on the racquet and continue to spread it with the palm of your hand.
