I bought this a little over a year ago, installed it and it worked fine for a little less than a year. Then it quit turning on the inducer fan. An IMC tech, (Phil) gave me a return code but it was not a dealer I purchased from here on ebay so I had no recourse. I fixed my furnace with another OE White-Rodgers controller and my furnace is working fine again, (was not a fan or vacuum switch problem.)
When I bought the kit it came in the OE ICM box and as far as I know includes every wiring configuration that it should have come with it, AKA all of the 2812-KIT wiring is included.
USPS Ground shipping is included, "free shipping" ebay calls it. If you want it shipped USPS Priority, choose that at checkout for $8.00 extra. One business day turn around on my end, if you choose Priority I'll drive to the post office same day if they're still open.
