The Reverend Robert Cornell, a Norbertine priest at St. Norbert's College near Green Bay, Wisconsin, says he is considering running for Congress if his bishop approves. The 8th district seat which he is considering seeking has been held since 1944 by Republican Representative John W. Byrnes.
